Dragonfly's experienced and professional team of leaders and facilitators work together to offer unique and rewarding outdoor experiences to all of our participants. We strive to ensure that we have the right mix of people and skills on each of our programs to make everyone's experience safe and memorable.

We have a core team of staff that work with Dragonfly year round, and we have anywhere from 15-25 people working with us during our busy seasons, on a part-time and contractual basis.
