Our China programs take place in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in China, in the beautiful town of Yangshou. Yangshuo has a majestic and scenic landscape with karst mountains, rivers, caves and rice fields. It is a place that can be appreciated for its tranquil and stunning environment.

The area has a variety of ethnic groups such as Han, Zhuang, Yao and Hui who all contribute toYangshuo's fascinating culture. Whether it is by participating in cultural activities such as fan painting and cormorant fishing or by experiencing exciting sporting activities such as kayaking on the Li River and exploring the karst mountains, Yangshuo is a place that can be enjoyed by everyone.

The area has subtropical weather and experiences hot and warm weather most of the year, with cool winters. The best time of year to participate in all the activities Yangshou has to offer is between April and December. We advise that you book your program with us well in advance to ensure availability.

Yangshuo is easily accessible by train, plane and bus via Guilin, which is one hour's drive away. The airport in Guilin regularly services domestic and international flights.
