We have safe and inspiring Hong Kong and China programs that take the difficulty out of planning valuable outdoor education experiences in beautiful and exciting surroundings. Our programs are tailored to meet each group's specific goals, requests and budget.

Insurance
Insurance for all participants in our Hong Kong programs is in included in the program fee. Please contact us for further information regarding travel insurance for China trips. We require the names, ages, gender and identification numbers of all the participants and staff involved in the program no less than 2 weeks before the program starts.

Facilities
Residential (dormitory/hostel/hotel) and backcountry camping (tented) accommodation is available. We love to camp in the great outdoors, and find that the experience of outdoor living is usually the students' favorite part of our programs (and ours too!). We can arrange any combination of the above (hotels/dormitories/hostels/tents) depending on the nature of program, comfort level and budget you have in mind.
 
Meals
Our camps are fully catered and include an international menu with healthy, delicious choices. Snacks and water are also provided and we will work with you to ensure that the menu meets your budget and exceeds your expectations. Special dietary requests are easily accommodated with advance notice. 

Transportation
We can take care of all transportation needs to and from the program start point including flight, buses, ferries and boating arrangements.  We use well known and established service providers to ensure the highest standard of safety and comfort possible.

Retail Equipment Ordering
We offer retail equipment suitable for our programs at discounted rates. 

Equipment orders should be submitted to the teacher in charge, together with the program payment (made payable to the school) and completed participant registration form.  Cheques for equipment should be made directly to Dragonfly Limited, attached to the equipment order form and submitted to the teacher in charge of the program, who will then forward these orders to us.

Orders will be distributed on the first day of camp or delivered to the school before the start of camp, depending on the arrangements made with the school.  See our equipment section for more information.

Pre- & Post- Camp Services

Dragonfly offers in-school participant readiness, Q&A and pre-program promotional talks (for signup based programs) upon request. We also hold parent information presentations and Q&A sessions at the school upon request. Dragonfly will also attend and participate in post-camp reunions and provide in-school reviews and reflection activity suggestions.

Program & In-School Curriculum Based Tie-Ins
We can work together with teachers to design sections of our program around students’ classroom lessons, and we can also offer suggestions on pre and post-trip classroom based activities which can help to broaden the Dragonfly experience.

Adaptive Learning and Special Needs
Dragonfly plans programs for students with special needs and arranges outings accessible to students of all abilities.  We can also plan activities and contingencies for integrated groups.
We work with special needs students, their teachers and attendants to ensure that the program is at the right intensity for all participants. 
Our adaptive programs encourage independence and help participants to experience nature first hand, try new things, improve self-esteem and create opportunities to enhance fitness and health.
